Hello sir, my name is Setty Abhishek Kumar, i had done a payment of Rs.1200 for the Iari Assistant post through phone pay to SBIMOPS dated on 28th may 2022 at 12:35 pm. Amount is debited from my account it had displayed that payment status had failed. I contacted to Iari helpline about this issue. They said that wait for 48 hours then your payment status will be suscess or your amount will be get refund. But till now i didn't get my refund. So, kindly go through my issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

I AM FACING SAME PROBLEM. I HAVE DONE PAYMENT THROUGH INTERNET BANKING. THE STATUS IS STILL SHOWING AS FAILURE.

till now problem is not solved. I contacted IARI helpdesk ( 9513632711 ) multiple times but the response is wait for 7 working days to get the refund.

Hi anybody got refund?? Even submitted a complaint in helpdesk asked me to approach my bank!! But my bank told me if its from Gpay they cant do anything??!! What about my ₹500??? Any solution??

I made payment on 27.05.22 and made lot of complaint by making phone calls and messages.but I did not get back.and then I went to IOB where I opened bank account and I made complaint about this transaction on 14.06.22 and then I went to 28.06.22 to that bank.they told that they made complaint on sbi bank (receiver bank) and sbi answered that they may refund within 15 days.today is 15 th day I don't get money.let me answer you tomorrow.

Hi i contacted helpsdesk and they told me that they will start the procedure for refund after lastday but till now no update!! If anyone got refund let me know
