Highly deceptive service. They took a large amount as diagnosing charge and didn't even diagnose the system. I was initially quoted a very large amount of rs18000 for board change for my macbook pro retina 15. When i consulted with an alternate dealer (Apple authorised dealer in trivandrum) they repaired the system for only 1500. They belittled me and mishandled my laptop. They did not accept my case and when i took back the system it was scratched at the bottom. They manhandled my laptop in front of me and repeatedly banged my keyboard. The employees are inexperienced and bogus and do not know what is what. I do not expect such fraudulent, deceptive and misleading service after having spent a humungous amount on such a product.
