icashcard — Icash card-payment does not paid

My icashcard wallet balance topup is done by hdfc cridit card on 05.08.2016 11:00am. I pay my postpaid mobile bills, recharge for prepaid mobiles are done correctly, but my broadband bill is not paid but pay amount detect my wallet balance. On 05.08.2016 for rs.550/- and 06.08.2016 12:00pm that amount credited in my icashcard wallet balance. Again 06.08.2016 pay my prepaid recharge for 110/- is done correctly, but my broadband bill payment for rs.440/- is failed, debited my wallet balance. But till now the amount is not credit in my wallet balance
