I completed my MBA in 2015 and now for transcripts I am asking for an equivalency certificate which every UGC approved University is granting except them. They said the agency or employer need to request for one and will not issue it to me directly. Whereas the agency never asks for any document. I asked to send me the policy in writing now they have stopped responding to my emails. They do not pick up calls and those who do they provide someone else's number.
