I am unable to pay my fees online.
The contacts which are provided online are useless. No one is ready to help.

Everyone is providing another number.

They told me to contact at delhi branch. But the branch is already closed.

Please help me asap.

My career is on the line.

When st-19 result came it was showing my cgpa 6 in sis and at that time i checked it for 5-6 times but now when i checked it is showing 5.35 in sis.

I mailed it to them they simply refused me by telling that there was glitch but if there was any glitch in first time it should be rectified in second or third time but it was showing the same 6 cgpa and now it is showing 5.35

When mr naresh and miss bhavani came to my house they were so desperate and without my permission they came to my house.. And some how convenienced me to do mba in hyderabad they said there wl be classes every saturday and sunday any issue we are here to help... No nagative marking you can give two exams that's fine rest later i[censored] can't come for exams..
After taking all the fee they disappear somewhere i was struggling.. To contact someone in icfai i gave my first sam 3 exams later no one informed me about the result i called mr. Naresh he said result is out and for further exams last date is today to apply..
However no mail or message i got..
I am army wife so it's difficult for me to find n go to the office.
Now he told me mail them you will get answer again the same thing they said give exam in july..
Some how i manage to talk to someone in the office he said now naresh is not working here as he has been given wrong information to the candidates..
Later i waited for few months exam date came before i called on one which is available on the website one lady picked up she said see there were never classes now hyderabad office is closed you have any question about exam or on studies mail they will clear n answer you.
Today was my first day of exam... It's in very bas place jaya maintion at sd road b block i was scread to go it's in very bad cyber.. It's smells dark n one small like chai wala bhiya is there.. U give exam no wash room... No parking no one is there not feel like safe... I have recording.. Of that cafe..
M going to file a fraud compliant against these people.. I have all the recording till to whom and what we spoke... Don't join it's rubbish...
As i was told to give two exam rest i can give later till now no information from them actually how many exam we can give at a time... Now this lady told me 4..
Today i met one student she said two at a time.. However no one cleared.. She is communicating with bangalore office..
But twice i paid for 5 exams...
When i called the cyber person he made a call n made me talk to someone i told him about the place condition he said mail..
I[censored] need washroom. Or anything.. Being a women they think i can go somewhere in the corner n pee... Wth is this...
They are only making money i will take them to the court... For sure

Myself poonam sanghi alias niharika agarwal D/o. Govind ram Sanghi, R/o.Telangana., got enrolled to Icfai university, Tripura - on 10 /07/2007 -distance fleximode program.
I had paid the full course fee amounting to Rs.76, 500/- Rs.4000/-(placements) at the time of enrolment into the said course.. I paid the amount in cash towards the fee for the MBA program paid in advance and guaranteed placement after completion the program.
I cleared group(A, B, C, D) the subjects of the said course successfully. However, due to structure change i.e…,
1) Removing of Quantitative Techniques Subject ( resulted in one year loss ) and
2) Change in pattern of examination( 2009)

And could not attempt some of the subjects and registration to the program got expired and was unable to complete the program and relied only on the Diploma in Business Management Certificate issued by ICFAI, Tripura for her employment. the said certificate proved to be insufficient for me to gain employment.
I approached ICFAI institution with my grievances and wanted to reactivate my program so that I can complete my MBA.
But all that in vain as SSD( Student department which handles all this..) no way wants to help students..be it program or refund of my extra amount paid. Even incurred heavy examination fees which was of no use. ICFAI is neither reactivating my program nor paying my amount.It's like ICFAI is not willing to provide us services nor the promised course.

ICFAI is a institution where its dealing to provide education not to make money from students.Till date if I check my amount paid would have been more than double. Recently a law was passed regarding the refund of student money if they are not continuing the program.

Some more student are there who are suffering like me...

Please guys don't go to icfai university its a money making university taking money from the students and doing nothing they charge 500 per paper they make false promises and charge huge amount shameless faculty members destroying careers of their own students.. They promise to provide you with all helps bt don't even receive the phone calls when you call them... They misbehave with their own students

I am alumni of icfai university and currently not in india. I am in need o[censored]niversity transcripts verification. I have completed all requirements and submitted fees. Student record department is not at all responsive over email or phone. Highly unprofessional behavior from reputed organization. From what am reading in blogs and other complaints, lot of students are facing this issue. Help to get some traction.

One of top fraud universities in india. The major fraud i found have been enumerated below
1. This university is conducting distance mba and bba program in kerala without the recognition of kerala university and psc.
2. They are giving assurance that the university is having psc aswell as university recognition so that you can appear for any government job exams and can join for higher studies in kerala, by hiding or suppress the matter that the the students won't get any chance to do higher studies in kerala university or they can't write any competitive exams.
3. This university is having a good sales team,, they are performing crores of business by giving fraud commitments and fraud assurance to the students.
4. The expense also too high... Then it's a common question from my part that what is the use of this certificate in future which is not having valid.

So my personal advice to all that pls don't waste your time and money in icfai...

I would like say that i am studying in the icfai university jaipur and accommodating myself in its' hostel. The food which is being given here is of bad quality and unhealthy and also some old material are used in preparation of food. We have complained many times to the university officials but no any strict action has been taken against this.

So i would like to request you to take a serious and immediate action against it.

1) in the initial time of admission, the university promised us that everything will be covered within the curriculum, but later they are charging rs 500 every exam paper before appearing.
2) they are not even supporting a little bit to clear the exams. Even after multiple attempts the result is just fail. They are not even ready to provide the sample papers.
3) it's just waste of money that we chose this university. They are just money making universities without any proper guidance.
4) is there any way that i can get my money back.

I've taken admission in icfai law university dehradun and deposit a demand draft of 20, 000rs and before the withdrawal date i've mailed them. During the time of admission they told that if you want to refund your admission you need to mail us before a certain date and 500 or 1000rs will be reduced from the total amount and rest will be given back. All this happened in july 2018 and till now i haven't received my refund.
I've been calling icfai dehradun and hyderabad both but no one talks properly. Neither they provide any information.

As you know we all are working professionals.
Some time is happen that we came quite late, just because centre doesn't allowing to set in the exam is not student friendly.
I request you to work on this aspa.
Today my exam centre i'd tc_mum_bvi1,
Not allow me to set in the exam cause i came half n hour late, which is as a student we are not accepting, please help asap. As my it exam not done today help and requesting you to reschedule the same on weekends.

I beg to say that my son taken admission in icfai university, dehradun in ba llb course.
Due to medical reasons, he couldn't attend in your college. He is suffering from chronic illness.
Please refund the amount which he paid during admission.

I mailed to icfai university but they didn't reply.

MY name is Pankaj Kumar Tripathi, I got enrolled into an MBA program from ICFAI under enrollment number[protected] in Oct. 2013.
I have requested SSD to revive my MBA program since I was not able to attended the exam after enrollment because I got transferred by employer to a remote location and was not getting suitable time for examination.

University is not ready to revive my course for which I paid the fees (85000 in installment) already. They are not even ready if I am ready to pay applicable penalty for delay from my side.

ICFAI university has no provision to cancel the enrollment from Distance MBA. It is all right If the university does not return the installments that are already submitted but atleast it should cancel the enrollment and leave rest of the installments if candidate does not want to continue.

I would not suggest anyone to enroll with ICFAI. You will feel that it is wastage of money, time and energy.

Icfai university is one of the fraud university. At a time of admisison they told you many commitment and then they never pick the call not respond. They only achieve their target. I have taken admission at ahmedabad branch from mr kaushik chakroborty. This guy is a totally fraud person he take 10000 rs cash from me and told that your admission is confirmed. But till date there is no admission for me. Now not receiving my call.
Please its a request no need to take admission from this university.

Yesterday my was supposed to write her mba exam at aptech limited musheerabad. After reaching there the servers are down and aptech people didn't respond and there is no update from icfai team also.

Today my wife has to go through an another exam to figure out weather the issue is resolved or not we are not aware the status because icfai team doesn't work on weekends ' what a weardness, team not available when really required'

Thee should be atleast a msg in case of such issues

I have been following up with the university for issuance of transcript required for my permanent residency application to canada but no one is responding on calls and emails. The person attending calls just disconnected the phone when i introduced myself to him as an ex-student of the university seeking help for issuance of transcript. Such incident from an established and reputed organisation like the icfai university, dehradun university is highly demoralising.

I as an ex-student of the university who has lot of faith in the organisation's system still feel that this was a one-off incidence of irresponsibility in the personal capacity of the concerned employee which does not have any relation to the overall functioning, virtues and system of the organisation. Request an intervention from the higher authorities to resolve the problem.
