I have ICICI BAJAJ SCOOTER BOND purchased on 29.01.1999 and maturity date is 29.06.2023, In these 25 year Bank never tried to contact via phone call, email, letter etc, But i visited diffrent branches of ICICI multiple times but never got any info, even their current bond department have no data about old bonds, Finally I came to know that I can write to [protected]@icicibank.com regarding this and yesterday I got their reply attaching here screenshot of that email in which they are saying that I will deduct 20% of bond amount as they have not my PAN & other doc etc,
Here I have objection I am 2 bank account from last 20 years & some policies of same bank, so if they wished then they must have searched by name & dob then they would easily searched me where all my docs are updated right .
When I raised my this concern then they are not replying back & even there is no conatct number to connect with them for ICICI Bajaj Scooter Bonds.
In last email they have demanded me to send the original icici bond certificate to them and they will released the amount after deducting 20%.
Can I expect any help here ?
