[Resolved]  ICICI Bank-Eazy Pay — status failed but amount debited in my account

On 9/4/2020 i tried to pay exam fees to our annamalai university by online bill payment mode through eazypay. Icici bank gateway... By using my indian bank debit card... I spent 1800 rs to exam fees from my debit card after my otp verification the processing take some extent time. Then the amount is debited in my account but the payment status is failed.. I got message from my indian bank. This message was you spent 1830 rs by pos/ecom to registrar mumbai.
I want to refund rs 1830 to my account..

Further details all the receipt are attached in this mail.. Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.
