I am writing this as the concerned bank Manager refuses to give me a reply.
A person who introduced himself as a bank staff is insulting and treating my family, stating the bank will take over my home.
All that default i have is just one uncleared EMI, due to loss of job since covid-19 close down. ( i had cleared all my dues until last month with the help of my friends and relatives )
Concern 01 : I have complaints about this ICICI staff & Manager ( who claims as representative of icici bank ) visiting my home without any intimation nor identity.
Reasons for this complaint:
- The person visited yesterday ( 24/March//2022 ) did not produce any identification of a bank representative.
- His face and head was completely covered all throughout the visit. ( head covered with helmet & face with mask kind of a cloth ) . Only his eyes where visible.
- He insisted my family to answer to his zonal manager ( addressed himself as Mr. Sudheesh ) who spoke rudely insulting my wife for our previous defaults. ( do u continue to torture us even after clearing of all dues ? )
- He photographed my home from different ankle. I don't understand why you need so many pictures every month ? Because you already have many of them recently pictured with and without legal notices pasted on my walls.
- We have great concern and fear over my families safety as your face covered men have already realized that my wife is home alone & i am in the gulf on job hunt.
- Finally, for 1 default of home loan EMI, do u threaten, photograph, send goons & continue to insult us referring previous defaults ( even though they are cleared ) ?
Every time your bank officials visit my home, they make it very expressive and alarm the neighbor hood and put us to great insult. You should remember that i have not had a single default in my loans for the past 22 years of my loan history until the covid 19 forced me to closedown my offices, as i am in the tourism business.
The closure shattered me and i lost more than just earnings and savings, but also my team. Now just to meet my kids education and families basic expenditures, i am slogging in the gulf. Even during this hard times, with the help of friends and family we manage to clear all dues until last month. But you put us to assault again and again.
