ICICI Eazypay — Huge amount of 79100 was deducted from my account and the payment is shown failed

I did a payment for my sister's college fee through ICICI Eazypay as it was the only given option huge amount of 79100 was deducted yet my payment is incomplete.
I need my money back as I want to pay the fee please do this as soon as possible.
The official who is required to help is not responding.
