Hi,

It has been 3 working days since I made an investment in ICICI Prudential mutual fund. But my units and folio is not allocated yet. They mentioned in the confirmation mail that it will maximum take 2 working days. This is highly unprofessional from ICICI Prudential. They should have mailed about reason for delay.

    Dear sir,

    I have 6 times given request personally for redemption in Vasai West branch but every time it's showing signs does not tally.
    In last application I have give request for 2 folio numbers (8915988/77 & 8099229/37) But only 1 redemption was successful & another was showing sign does not tally again. Sign was only 1 & application was also 1, then how it will not tally in another folio redemption.

    Kindly give solution.

      I am holding icici pru mf acoount whose folio number is 1370694/39. Today on 09/03/2017 my linked icici bank account has been debited for rs. 5000/-.
      I do not have done purchase or sip on this date. Please check and reply why it was debited.

      If it was wrong debit, please arrange to revert back this transaction and refund my rs. 5000/-

      I also got a message from icici bank with reference number info — bil*[protected]*iciciprude.

        Ear sir,

        Where is my redeem amount???

        Still i have not got my redeem amount for folio 8752883/27 since 20 days.

        What r u doing?
        What kind of service u provide?

        Its absolutely ur mistake of wrong calculation n sending wrong 2 cheques for nre account. (Icici ltp and icici ltp gilt)

        The cheque of nre account sent to me have issues with firc and i sent all bank statment so firc must be updated till date. Most purchased from nre and some purchased from nro.

        We contacted local branch in vadodara they said new folio need to be created for investment done from nro account.

        We submitted both cheques of redeem account back to vadodara office for recalculation and direct credit to my nre and nro account.

        Now its since 20 days i am waiting for my redeem amount payment to me. (Once cheque of 10.3 lac and other 7.88 lac)

        U will pay interest to my 18 lac rupees for 20 days?

        Kindly do it on urgent basis. I want my money urgently

          The worst AMC I came across recently. After making a plan purchase from through their Online portal, still waiting to get any details regarding the units allocated after 4 days. Not sure what's taking them so much of time to complete the processing which usually happens within 1-2 with other AMC !!

          The customer service personal assured the online account activation within 2 days, but it didn't happen.They gave me false promise. Even the email steps to activate the portal proved unworthy and useless. They are not helping the customer's needs in any way.

          Terribly disappointed with my decision to purchase from this AMC.

          I have purchased mutual fund from ICICI pru amc on 13 Dec 2016. In ICICI prudential balanced fund direct plan monthly dividend. I have only received dividend of Jan 2017 month. in my bank account but Dec 2016 and Feb 2017 dividend . I did not received We are pleased to inform you the details of the dividend processed:
          I have received E-mail as below but not received money
          Folio : 8318184/56
          Scheme : ICICI Prudential Balanced Fund - Direct Plan - Monthly Dividend
          Record Date : 03-Mar-2017
          Dividend Rate : 0.15
          Dividend Amount : 15, 459.22

          Kindly note that dividend amount will be either credited to your bank account or a dividend warrant will be dispatched to your registered address, shortly, depending on the mode of payment registered in your folio.

          The account statement for the above transaction will be dispatched by the 10th of the next month or will be sent to e- mail id, if registered in our records, within next 5 business days.

            Dear sir. I am dhananjaybhaurao surkar my service ticket no is 5201337. This case is pending scince 2012 this case is of transmission of mutual funds. The ticket no is mentioned there kindly look in to this matter or i would take this matter to sabee as u have no respect to the court orders. The succession certificate was submitted to ur pune branch in march 2016 they said our legal team is looking into this matter dont u think they r taking pretty long time for this case as i have all ready submitted the court orders in our favour u should not have any problem in transmitting the same in my name as all the mutual funds company, li c plus axis bank has given the order in our favour only ur company has not replied yet kindly let us know at the earliest what we have to do now because this is high time i cant wait any more for no reasons what so ever.                 I m having folio in icici pru AMC 4524765/79 with name ALPANA BRAHMBHATT.As I moved to other city, I needed to update bank details for same they r rejecting all request on pretext of one or other, first sent all proof, then they said sign mismatch, then asked me to send bank sign attestation, when I sent sign attestation, then again say name mismatch..for which i already send proof..so they r playing with me and not allowing me to do redemption...not responding to complaint even.

                    I started a SIP in ICICI Prudential Dynamic Growth Mutual funds with ICICI as offline mode from ICICI bank branch. Now after around 2 years when I am trying to redeem my folio The ICICI PRUAMC office is saying that there is some discrepency in the system, DEMAT branch will be able to redeem, DEMAT office is saying about ICICI Bank.in short redemption is not happening everyone is playing a blame game. I am running from one office to another for the redemption . I have to specially take leave from my office to follow as these offices are operating on weekdays only.

                      I Have invested in SIP (monthly ) for ICICI Prudential fund, folio
                      Number 6214211/88 & doing since many years.In the month of May, I have
                      increased the amount to Rs 10000/- and submitted all the requisite
                      forms at CAMS Gurgaon. But suddenly after that I got to know that my
                      bank details were not mentioned on the form.I approached the CAMS & they confirmed that this SIP will be processed from next month as all the details were provided by me.

                      Still the same issue is not resolved till now after 5 months. Nobody has contacted me since then from ICICI Prudential team & subsequently i realised that every month i am receiving a SMS for debiting the amount but actually the amount is not being debited from my Bank account. On questioning & approaching the ICICI Prudential team, a new explaination is provided to me. Latest Explanation since 15 days back is that ICICI Prudential has lost my original ECS Mandate form that is reason money is not getting debited from my bank account. I am very much surprised that how my confidential details are lost by this reputed AMC. Morever, no body has informed to me. This is a harassment & as a customer i have full right to take an action against this AMC. I want my 5 months actual unit value at the earliest with my debit to be happen for this Mutual Fund. This is AMC fault that they have lost my Original ECS mandate form.

                      coming next year only.Kindly check at the earliest.I am available on

                        I am Mithun R Pillai, an NRE, redeemed my MFfolios at ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, but i have not received money till today.Date of transaction 19 06 2015. A) ISSUE NO 1 After redemption i have recived d mail from ICICI that the money will be given as cheque for two of my folios -ref no (956417, 956416 & 956423). 1)Folio no-6288418/82, Transaction no-2435477 & 2435472 2)Folio no-6288417/85, Transaction no-2438709 but no cheque recived till today. B) ISSUE NO 2 for other folios, they said they sent the money by NEFT, but the bank didnt received any NEFT, sent many mails to ICICI, no reply even after many days. It is to be noted that for two different transactions under the same folio number, they says that they sent the money for one by cheque and another by NEFT !!! Folios are below 1)Folio no-6288418/82, Transaction no-2438718 2)Folio no-6288417/85, Transaction no-2435466 3)Folio no-6287232/51, Transaction no-2435446 4)Folio no-6287233/48, Transaction no-2435457. ICICI didn't replied to my queries sent to the customer care.when called they confirmed to me on phone that they received mails and said they are doing cheque payment due to technical issues with NEFT. however no cheques or any payment received yet. Again tried to contact ICICI MF through email, No reply. Called them on customer care. They says they have no idea about the mode of sending the cheque( like Post or by courier etc). Can anyone belive this?? I haven't received my money till today, and no response from ICICI MF And most importantly, they treat investors like , they don't bother to reply to customer complaints. shame on you ICICI prudential . And at the end of the day, as an investor I don't know where is my money which amounts to 6.25 lakhs.And ICICI don't bother to solve the issue;

                              I have taken two policies from ICICI in 2012 and while taking it, I was told the locking period is 3 years and now when I am asking ICICI is saying for every transaction there is 3 years locking period which was never told to me. When contacted customer care, they said I can use the online redemption facility and now when I am trying, it says I need to post the authorization letter though I am in US. Dont understand whether ICICI team understands the customer or not? Worst Service I have ever seen with false informations. You may contact me[protected]

                                  Hi, I had made a redemption request for a mutual fund investment I made earlier. The redemption request was made in Jun'14 end. The company had incorrect details about my bank account updated in their system, inspite if me giving them a cancelled cheque at the time of opening the account. I called up customer care and convinced them to send me a cheque. They sent the cheque, however they again printed the incorrect account number in the cheque. I have made several follow ups since then, but still I have not yet received the money. Request you to please help me in recovering the amount as well as extra charges for facing so much harassment. My Folio Number is 4290982

                                    I applied through CAMS for many mutual funds to change bank mandate and tax status through bajaj capital but to my surprise all mutual fund changed the things but ICICI pru mutual fund changed bank mandate but not the status and on correspondence ask bring a letter from bank that Your tax status has changed or u are not NRI. I aske which bank will give such letter? no reply. Whether closed account bank or new bank? No reply. Surprisingly NRI account was in ICICI bank only which has been closed. I have given written undertaking that now I am resident and new account is also resident saving account still this mutual fund fellow do not reply and do not act My complaint ticket no is 3058384 and 3087187

                                      Hi Everyone, i am shahul hameed. I am here to complaint on ICICI prudential Mutual Fund because i don't have any policy or any account with them. I am earning basic salary of Rs 15000pm which is sufficient for my basic needs. How could i applied for mutual Fund? I already filed an complaint in ICICI bank but no response. Here is the below sms monthly i receive from them for your kind attention. From:DM-IPRUMF Messge: your SIP purchase transaction for 17.065 units amounting to Dynamic - Regular - Growth has been processed - ICICI Prudential MF. Please take necessary action to save me from this fraudulent. Thank You

                                        !st on 09/04/2011at about 09.53 AM the undersigned received a message from the message centre LM-CAMSSMS vide M-[protected] that his SIP investment has been registered with the ICICI PRUDENTIAL DISCOVERY FUND-DIVIDEND for Rs.1000.00. Again on 08.06.2011 another message was sent from the message centre BV-CAMSSMS vide M-[protected] that your investment under Folio no 5604480/55 has been processed. After a repeated query in the return message the undersigned couldnot inform how without his intimation one investment has been started and why? When I have no investment with ICICI Prudential.

                                        Even i have been recieving such messages from td-relmfund, dm-camssms, lm-camssms on my new airtel postpaid sim with Mumbai activated a month back whereas i have no investments.
                                        i have also received such message saying that 1000 will be debited from my icici bank acount on 15.12.2011 for focus blue chip equity fund. please inform me why this is happening. what action can i take to stop this fraud?
