Icicidirect.com — Very Very Poor Customer Service

Dear sir,
in the past, too, I had highlighted the state of Customer service by ICICI direct.Com.
Today i would like to highlight their worst kind of conduct.
I have been regularly getting mails regarding LOANs, MFs, Margin Trading, Credit Cards etc on daily basis.
But what really matters they fail to convey.
today their website is down since morning yet this self centred company who has our email Ds & mobile numbers along with relationship managers failed to iNFORM its customers of the break down of its service. There was No call, no mail or message till now.
how can one trust this greedy company which charges the highest brokerages in the industry.
I have communicated to the company many times earlier that its website is too heavy, too pictorial, with too much info cramped up in a small space on each web page. This breakdown had to happen.
Now, how can one trust such companies with our hard earned money. Further I hope SEBi penalises this company and passes the fine as compensation to the clients.
