[Resolved]  ICICIprulife Insurance Company — Cheating and misleading by staff employee of iciciprulife insurance company

I have been cheated and misled by employee mr vaibhav pisal and manager mr nirupam roy of iciciprulife insurance company. Mr vaibhav pisal who insisted us to buy wealth builder policy
As the benefit of policy is that we can claim medical bills against wealth builder policy at the
End of the year. He said that it is a new policy and we will benefit by claiming medical bills.
Wealth builder policy worth rs25, 000/- each in my name sushil raje and madhuri sushil raje
Insurance policy hospital care wort rs 15, 000/- each for both o[censored]s. This amounts to rs 80, 000/- for both o[censored]s. Policy no 17206600 and 17205765 wealth builder policies. He then assured us that we will definitely benefit from the said policies. After three months he starting avoiding us by
Saying that he is hospitalised down with dengue fever and cannot attend us or meet us and asked us to contact mr nirupam roy his manager. When we spoke to manager mr nirupam roy he informed us that mr vaibhav pisal is telling lies and is avoiding us. He then sent another representative to soothe us and soften us and asked us to wait for some more time. He also suggested that we take iciciprulife insurance company another policy pinnacle and adjudt our money against refund of wealth builder policy but we asked them to cancell both our policies and get us rfund of our money since we had been cheated after knowing that we cannot claim medical bills at the end of year as promises by mr vaibhav pisal. We have lost faith in iciciprulife
Insurance company due to this incident. We are loyal and faithful customers of iciciprulife insurance company for the past more than ten years hope we get justice and receive our hard earned money back without any difficulty or prejudice or one sided approach by the company. We want a neutral body to intervene in this incident of cheating and misleading by staff employee of iciciprulife insurance company.
