I have a gap of approx 7-8 year after i completed my study and hence to re-start my carrier i did google some institutes and met this institute (Gyansetu) to join data analyst course. Owner and faculty (Sahil agarwal) who take advance excel classes, met me and guided that it would be very difficult to get a job after such a long gap and hence you should have an experience certificate. He guided that we have a separate company (Aranya consultancy) which have clients and you would work on this company assignments while taking your coaching classes. Simultaneously your email-ids etc would be made from this company (Aranya consultancy). He assured me that you can get job only after having this kind of experience certificate as its a long gap in your carrier profile. I found nothing bad as they promised all formalities to fulfill and i was supposed to have real time work experience also. For this services mr sahil asked a charge of rs 8000. Also he suggested to t/f a salary amount per month in my bank account but said that as we are giving you training and enhancing your skills, you have to give back the amount which we will t/f into your account. He transferred rs 22000 per month in my account (For 2 months) which i returned them in cash. During conversation, he told that we charge fees (8000) and also get tax benefit of salary payment and hence keep low charge (8000) otherwise we are supposed to charge rs 20000 for this certificate.

During all these he charged rs 7000 (Advance course fees) and rs 8000 for experience certificate but neither class coaching was satisfactory nor any email-id, assignment etc was allotted from aranya consultancy. Within 2 months i realised that he planned to issue me a fake experience certificate where no attendance, no email-id taking place. I asked them not to go for this kind of fake certificate where he suggested that we follow the same process in other students case also and there is no issue till date and candidates are working with big organisations.

Due to non-professionalism in coaching classes and having feel of certificate as fake, i decided not to go for both and while asked my money refund they clearly refused to refund. I have whatsapp chat where his acceptance about rs 8000 reflecting and he said that he will speak to his head office about return of this money but refused later verbally.

I went to institute to ask my money refund but he misbehaved saying that "nahi dunga, jo karna hai kar lo". I called to local area police (Dialed 100) but it was only one policeman and he favored him. He was looking known to him as he called to policeman by name when he entered to the institute.

I arranged money hardly to start my carrier and they took rs 15000 from me while i could have nothing in my hand. I request to help me in this matter where i have on other option to get my money back.
