Subject reporting of Abusing and Harassment calls from the finance company (which is not approved by RBI)
My name is Naveen. I have taken small amount loan of Rs. 2, 400/- from iCredit loan app from a Company called (money click-Bigshark), i am unable to do repayment on time (4 days overdue) due to COVID19 & financial issue. So they are calling me again & again & harassing & abusing me. They are taking the entire contact list from our mobile phone by hacking and they are saying me that they are filing a case to CBI against me and they are also calling my friends & relatives and harassing them because they have contacts details access of my mobile phone which is illegal as per the cyber rules and regulations. I told them I will make the payment in 2 days including the interest charges, but they are not agreeing for it. Inspite of charging me huge amount of interest charge they are calling to all my contact list and harassing all of them and harassing me & my dear ones. These all loan companies are illegal. These are not rbi approved so how they can access my contacts details. Please help me from these issue.
