Icredit — Regarding loan repayment

Today, i got a call from icredit regarding loan repayment that is required to be paid by my brother.
But the person named rakesh nayak from customer service talked very badly and abused me and my parents.
Beside this, he also threatened us. He told us to pay the loan amount otherwise he will ruin our family.
I tried to convince him a lot for paying him the loan amount tomorrow but instead of listening, he started abusing me.
I want to register his complaint as he has no moral values and the person is actually representing the whole icredit company and talking in such a very bad manner.
I request consumer forum to take strict action against the person or the company that hire such awful employees.
