Icse Student — Father's name correction in 10th certificate

Resp.Madam/Sir, My brother got qualified class 10th in 2020. In 10th board certificate, his father name is not correct. His father name is gompa Trinadh Rao but the name in certificate is gompa trinadh, actually "Rao" is missing in the certificate. When i went to the school they told me it is it will take more time for correction, it is better to change father's name in Aadhar. But I think it is not the proper solution. Please tell me the procedure for correction and when I can apply for the correction, because in FAQ's I found newspaper notification regarding name correction is must, can I apply for correction without newspaper notification issued by CISCE.
