Idbi Deep Discount Bond Series 1 1992 — redeeming the matured bonds

The idbi issued non-repatriate bonds in year 1992. I bought two of them thinking that i would be getting one lakh indian rupees on its maturity. It was idbi deep discount bond series 1 in the year 1992 from muscat. I am still in muscat and just realised that the bonds had reached maturity time in march this year. I did not know any developments of the bond. Kindly advise me how to redeem the bonds.
