Ideal Group, Kolkata — Delay in ideal enclave phase ii flat possession

I had invested in the property in dec 2011 with the possession timeline provided of sep 2013. Now it is oct 2016 and still there is no possession provided. There has been delay and delay and so much of financial losses incurred on the interest and rent given for stay. Regarding compensation they are silent on all my correspondence. I want to understand what's the stance other flat owners are taking here as they can't escape this now. They have been building other properties.
