Sir, It is my request with folded hands to check where are both the cheques paid to M/s Realtech during possession ? (2) Provide the area of 1090 sft. where it is? (3) What services are you providing ? (4) When fire equipment / fire smoke doors in stairs will be provided? (5) When unauthorised constructions of ground floor will be demolished? (6) Encroachment of land by school on what grounds who is maintaining that area and revenue from it from maintenance of residents ? (7) How many times you are recovering the same maintenance from all 2400 flats of society on the basis of Floor area ratio / Ground coverage? (8) When you did white wash of my / surrounded flats area ? (9) What type of mopping you carried out in all corridors with which material (10) Why the key of my flat could not be inserted in the key lock? due to the period /worst quality of locking system like the sanitation system? (11) Why are you officials not taking into consideration my complaint regarding gadda in flooring and no drainage of kitchen floor water, which has to come out and get into other pipe at the corner ? (12) Why till date you only raised the bill but not on the above points, who will hear them needs to clarify (13) Till date you have not given me the soft copy of MoUs signed by me /Ace Group with you with conditions? (14) Who will bear House Tax when you are charging maintenance, flat is on lease, what system have you adopted to this ? (15) At what rate you are getting water and electricity and what rate you are supplying them to the residents ? (16) When we are paying the maintenance of club house on which ground you are eligible to charge extra for any type of function of a resident and why the person was shouting that you have not maintained the toilets on his function during my visit day to Ace City ? (17) Why your officer denied to take an application from me on what grounds, if he is not competent, why was he sitting ? (18) Is your maintenance service 24/7 or not? (19) You have constructed steps in the entry towards the side road why? if any fire take place how the fire vehicle will enter on the other side and will take time, you should understand in only 3-5 minutes all the program complete by fire in that case who will be responsible needs to clarify? ramps are so huge on govt. land, if at any stage govt. wants to demolish them, what will be the entry details ? (20) On my visit to Ace City nobody asked me where I am going, do they know that I am the owner? (21) What revenue generated from the kiosk of Pan from the area of residents and what you reduced?
