Ideal — unsatisfying services

I lt col gulvir singh siwach have two idea post paid sim. [protected] & [protected]. Since last 45 days i am facing the problem of network and the same reported to customer care. But till date no action is taken my the customer care and the problem is still not resolved. Facing much hardship in daily life. Only once the company rep come 19 apr 19 and told me that problem will be resolved with in 24 hrs but till date i am facing problem.
