Idfc First Bank Tag [toll Plaza] — Incorrect FASTag Transaction Deduction [

Dear FASTag Support,

I am writing to report an incorrect deduction from my FASTag account. My vehicle's FASTag was scanned on Sunday, 25.05.2025, at 22:59, resulting in a deduction of Rs. 20.

However, I noticed a transaction on 22.05.2025 at 22:57 at the SBTPL - Valayankulam toll plaza, which was processed without my vehicle being present at the toll plaza. This deduction is incorrect.

Could you please investigate this matter and assist me in recovering the wrongly deducted amount?
