On dated 29/08/2014 a call from IDS company comes to me, Ms Ritika says that we are sending you a cheque of Rs, 15, 00, 000 of HDFC BANK in favour of you as you win in online shopping with bag it today and confirm my bank details but she has fetched up Rs. 14004/- from my bank. When I asked she said it was the company policy and your money will debited to your account. I made complaint to the bank and the police. on 02 september 14 a call from company comes and they want a verification but I replied with all things happened to me and reject the verification and call for refund my money. after some days an email comes to me for the verification but I cancelled the verification and attempt for my refund. On 27th sept. 14 a call from the company for the delivery of my order. I refused and said all what happened with me. meanwhile a call comes to me and asking for the clarification of my cards and said they are calling from AXIS BANK when I call back them they reply from IDS marketing company. I made complaint to the bank immediately.
This is what the company does with the customers. By providing wrong information and clarification they cheated me and many other customers.
