I have paid money for 1 year subscription rs. 5500/- plus gst.in just one month i have experienced a lot of issues in there software and i have to repeteadly do followup. Why should i pay and do followup. I asked them to pay me back the money afetr deducting the charges for 1 month service not so successfully provided but for the time they have allocated for me.
