Ifb Appointed Agency- Vaishnavi Enterprises — Unethical Business methods and practices as adopted by IFB Agency

Complaint/Unethical business practice as faced by a Customer from the IFB Appointed Agency Representative.

I get the Impression that my problem/Complaint o[censored]nethical Business Practices by the IFB Agency is not being taken seriously.I got a call from one Mr.Azad( Cell No - [protected], Introduced himself as calling from IFB, but i am not sure and presume he was from the same Agency who had sent the SE).
He Initially tried to propagate the Malpractice as done by the IFB Agency but on hearing the Technical Facts offered to take back the rest of the descaler Sachet Packs and also offered free Detergent amounting Approx 300/-.I would like to once again reiterate the Unethical Incident Facts :-

1.The Technical Issue with the Washing Machine had in no way any connection with the requirement of the Consumables and it was a Fraud as committed by the Agency Rep to fleece the customer of an amount of Approx 3550/-.
2.No facts were shared by the SE ( Mr.Manish - Cell No [protected] from Vaishnavi Enterprises ) with the customer and took approval/consent from the Customer for the Accessory and Consumable.

3.Behaviour and Attitude of the SE was extremely aggressive and brazen.

4.Even without the Approval of the Customer he Tore the Packing of the accessory and fitted the same.

5.The Consumable pack was also torn without approval from Customer.

4.The SE to ensure fast depletion of the Descaler, tore 4 Packets and poured them inside the Machine.Does it take packets to descale the machine???

5.The Filter is available on Amazon for half the cost as charged by IFB Agency.

6.Tdescaler as charged by IFB is 170/- for a 100 GM pouch, the same is available on Amazon for 99/- for 100GM Pouch.

7.I was promised by the SE that I would be getting a proper bill from IFB Company but was given a bill from a local Agency.

8. The actual problem with the machine was of carbon deposits on the Power Pack points and had nothing to do with any kind of Issue with the Machine that required a visit which cost the Customer 3550/-, In Spite of a Comprehensive AMC Contract.

9.Just to bring to your notice, I have a BOSCH washing Machine which I have been using for the last 6 Years and the same has never required either the water filter or Descler of any Kind.

I would request the following :-

1.Creation of a fact based, transparent SOP for pushing the sale of Your Consumables.
2.Suitable advisory to your Franchisees for sale of consumables.
3.Express Approval of Customer before using the Accessories and Consumables by your Appointed Agencies.
4. Suitable training for your Agency staff in soft Skills.
5.Action against the Agency which indulged into the Unethical Business Practice.
6.Action against the SE for this fraudulent sale to a customer.
7.Refund of Amount to the Customer.
