Please help! I have bought long term infrastructure bond (TOTAL 3V BONDS) of IFCI ON
FOLIO NO. 2046637 OPTION 11 ISSUE PRICE 5000/- each.
certificate no. 02023289.

The payment warrant issued on my bank account which is closed and am trying to reach customer care at the no. mentioned in the issue warrant for nehru place office but no one picking up the phone.

I have sent a mail to the id mentioned [protected]@beetalfinancial.com along with the new bank account details and crossed check picture to enable quick ecs, but there is no revert from there side.

Please suggest how i can reach out to them as my bond matured on 31st jan 2021 and it already 17th march 2021
