Dear Sir/Madam,
I am lodging a complaint against IGP (www.igp.com) for repeated order mistakes, false refund assurances, and causing direct monetary loss to me as a customer.
Details of the Issue:
1. In my first order (roses with teddy bear), IGP sent the wrong product — a different-colored teddy. They refunded ₹254 for their mistake.
2. I then used this ₹254 refund amount as part payment for my second order – “Cute Crochet Heart in a Pot.”
3. In this second order, IGP again failed to deliver the correct product — the pot was completely missing from the package.
4. When I raised a complaint, they offered only 20% of the order value as refund, which itself is unreasonable given their repeated mistakes and my prior refund being reused.
5. To make matters worse, they haven’t even processed that 20% refund till now, despite multiple follow-ups.
This is not just poor service — it’s a clear case of cheating and customer fraud. I have effectively lost ₹254 from my previous refund, as well as the payment for the second order, because IGP neither delivered the promised product nor refunded the correct amount.
I request the National Consumer Helpline to please take strict action against IGP for their irresponsible behavior, false refund commitments, and repeated negligence toward customers. The correct and fair refund due to me is ₹254 (from the previous order credit used) + 20% of the second order value, which they have failed to provide. ( They should refund full amount but if not Rs 254 + 20% of order is alright. )
Attached: Screenshots of communication with IGP regarding order.
Sincerely,
Indian
