Igsl Intelenet Global Solution Limited — not able to raise claim form of pf getting error update father name or husband name

I am not able to raise the claim for pf. Getting error to update the father or husband name while updating through unified portal getting error already addhar card registered so not able to update the father name. So m as my time i mail this issue to my head of company but still problem not resolved. From 15 days i am getting this problem. Not giving any resolution for the same.
