IIHT — hadoop training | |||||
I have joined iiht pune institute for hadoop training. This branch is handled by rakesh itekar. Initially he made me to wait for 1 month to start training as he is not able to arrange trainer. After that he arranged one trainer who is not at all sincere and he skipped many classed. After that rakesh changed the trainer after many complaints. Because of this 2 months of my time is wasted. After that he arranged one more trainer and with this trainer course content and quality was not at all good. This trainer felt sick afetr 15 days of training. Then i have decided to leave the training as my time is getting wasted and i am not able to complete any of the course content. I conveyed the same to him and i asked for refund of fee as he failed to arrange proper training and not even 1% of my course is completed. He agreed to give refund to all of the students in the batch. But he gave refund to one girl as she filed complaint in police station. He didnt gave refund to any of other member or me. He made me to visit institute every weekend by saying this week i will refund, next week i will provide refund. But from 6 moths i didnt received single penny. Now the institute is permanently closed. And he is not responding to my calls.in fact he blocked my number. Like me he took money from many students and closed the institute. I can provide the fee receipt for the same. Because of him many students lost there time and money. This will effect there career. Please help me to solve this problem. This is sad to see this kind of a outburst. At the outset, you were all appreciating me for accommodating and rearranging the batch and you were happy with the support I was giving you and Shyam Mane. I have offered you guys to pick you people from your hostels and drop to the class havnt I done this to you. Was i not on the promise that if you dont like trainers we will change and we did everytime you complained. At a certain point i had changed as many as 4 trainers for only 2 of you. And the other student there dropped out of personal reasons and no complaints were made please check. Well at all times I have only told you guys that you will receive your refund from my personal side not from company. No company offers refund. Taking things public makes it more difficult to resolve. Well let me even clear we are not into such business where we take money and not do our work. We have done the work and there is no students we charged unduly or not serviced to, you are mentioning things which you are clueless about. Hyping the situation wont solve your problem, it was the matter of refund which we had agreed only because of a good moral relationship not business wise. Also, i plead to recall how many efforts were put from my side to support you guys and bring a trainer to match your requirement. I respected every request you guys made. Tell me more where i was wrong I ended up paying all the money to trainer who has atleast done 2-3 sessions for you guys. iv paid my dues and spent the fee on arranging trainers for you. We close business because its no more functional and unmanageable with demanding trainees. I wont be able to meet the changing expectations. Well, I request you to please resolve this in person. Also, please write the exact situations not hyped. This will atleast restore confidence in us to refund in case.
