Students of higher education such as phd had to work without cooler or ac. When they complain or arrange their own cooler, they took the cooler and put a fine of 5000 rs. How can anyone work in room without windows and only a fan? Phd students here complain on various tortures they have to go through and no body actually listening to them. They wonder why they have to study hard to qualify the exam for the hell they are now. This is serious issue.
