According to "About us" iKall is located at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, 201301.
So now to the issue/complaint:
After inspecting and and thinking a night over it
I have decided to return my shipment with Order # 6539 which I had paid on 7th of November 2022 via Razorpay on the internet.
My package is currently in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
The mobile was delivered ob 12th of November to Bengaluru, Karnataka.
I foubd out it is not the I Kall phone I requested but theb"ultra series". Ultra series is heavier according to online sources (300g) cimpared to z4.
On the 14th of November I requested via mail that I wanted to return the phone and if that is not possible to oick it up from Bengaluro for I Kall to please provide me with an address for me to return the mobile.
I also how the steps for return of the payment to my bank account would be.
I kall did responde but demanded a phone number other than the one in Bengaluru.
I told I dont have any indian mobile number currently. I live in Europe now. And therefore it would be costfully for both o[censored]s but requested to talk in Zoomm, Skype or over chat.
Yesterday I got the last mail ffim Ikall but unluckily now they always ssnt the sane message:

Please help so I can return the order I made.
My problem with the adress on the homepage ohmf iKall is that my shipment cane from Delhi not Uttar Pradesh.
