I did some shopping from IKEA Navi Mumbai store on 29 Aug 2022 for household items for INR 1, 541. On asking for carry bags to hold the items, I was charged for carry bags for INR 60 (3 carry bags). These carry bags had company logo, and I told them they cannot charge for it as this is an unfair trade practice.
Request you to please take appropriate action against IKEA, as they are overcharging customers with carry bag cost Was this information helpful? |
