I have taken mortgage loan from IKF and paying my emis regularly suddenly thay stoped clearing my monthly emi cheques (ecs) I asked them the same and got a reply that cheques which I have given to them are finished and asked me to pay the emi with cheque bounce charges I denied to pay cheque bounce charges because I have sufficient funds in my bank for emi clearance. They accepted it and asked me to pay only my emi amount this repeated for 6 to 7 months inspite of giving more 10 cheques to them. Finally what they did is they kept all my cheque bounce charges around 19000 and produced for cheque clearence and again I got cheque bounce. No one from IKF had informed me anything and looting my money from my account. Kindly I suggest you people to don't take any loan from IKF poor customer service lazy manager (Chandannagar, hyd, branch) collection manager is the worst person I have ever met, if I would get a chance I would kick that person badly.
