Ikfw — Refund for registration

My kid got registered in IKFW season 9(opted for international sponsor chennai Sep 11).
He was not allowed to walk in finale since he was crying said by the organizer and the team said we will get the refund next day itself. Have the mail confirmation as well. But till now we didn't get the money.

IKFW team is not responding to emails, messages/WhatsApp or calls also. Have tried multiple times to reach the below numbers who said the refund will be paid 100% on next itself after that no response.
