This is in regards to the dairy farm in sarai mali khan, chowk, lucknow. The dairy farm is built in a residential area thereby causing problems for the people in the society. The animals are kept in open on the streets and the dung is not being cleaned even after repeated requests. There are even pests, mosquitoes and foul smell in the society due to unhygienic maintenance of the cow house. The family involved in this business leaves the animal feed on the road along with the animal wagon all the time because of which there are lot of people who met with an accident as well. Is there a law for removing a dairy farm from a residential area. If yes, please provide necessary assistance and guidance for the same.
