I am very frustrated and mental harassment by company.I was permanent employee in and worked from 4 feb 2014 to 19 December 2014. I was getting my in hand salary 51, 500/PM. Company has given notice for 15 days only for termination from my resignation on basis of performance. Company has given me a pdc cheque dated(29 Dec 2014) for the November month salary on 19 December 2014(last day). company said they will give me December salary after 45 days. Now cheque has bounced as attached proof by mini statement due to cheque stop by owner. Company called me for general discussion after 1 week of cheque bounce.I went there but owner of the company(Aditya Kumar) with other heigher authority(Amit Pridarshi, Vineet Kumar) blamming for the sexual assault on any girl in company during my job and name not declared in front of me.Company saying that accept all the charge allegation in front of that girl with written paper so that they will release my salary, otherwise they file a criminal case against me to destroy my life. I am facing a very serious survival issue along with my family. Please do as needful to resolve my issues as soon as possible. ILMP Technologies Customer Care's response Pramod Kumar has been working with ILMP for more than ten months. He was issued several warning in written as per the company policy due to Poor performance as a capacity of Project Lead as well as a written warning by HR for Passing unlawful comments to one of the female Staff, when the organization came to know about these incidents He was put on Performance Improvement Plan, and was asked to provide clarification in writing and was advised to aplolgise to the female staff for this mis conduct. Later Post PIP, he was not found fit for the Job as he was asked to leave as per the company Policy. He was given two month notice period, However after taking his Current month salary through cheque , he absconded from his duties leaving project knowledge transfer in between. Company sent him several emails to join back for Knowledge transfer however he did not join back, so taking one step ahead legally, Company intimated him in written to report office on the given date else his cheque would be stopped. Due to no response from his side, company has to go as per the policy to stop his payment. Company has filled a suit against him for his mis conduct and his this mis conduct has also been reported to NSR. For further any query , Kindly get back to legal team at [protected]@ilmp-tech.com
