Im landlady of mumtaz manzil, 44-46, tandel street, north dongri, mumbai-400009, we have indormed bmc b ward from 13th may are tenant mr vasim ayub khan has done extented illegal construction, due to this has damage the foundation pillor of the building, it is vry risky during mansoon time, i have also informed bmc as well police but there is no legal action taken, im a senior citizen lady i request u kindly plz break the illegal extented construction as the building mai fall n its risk of eveyone life plz take a strick action as the tenant has not informed us, nor taken any permission, one of are building tenant has informed us, plz note a take a vry strick action, as anything happens bmc is in fault for not taking a action from a week.
