Im Complaining About Stray Dogs — i'm complaining about stray dogs

Dear sir/maa'm

We are in trouble by the increasing number of stray dogs in our street. They are wild and chasing people and small kids the kids are in fear when they go to school in the morning. Please send a dog van to catch them. I hope u understand the situation.
