I'm Complaining About Street Dogs — Stray dogs in our area

Respected Sir/Mam,
We the people of Rahul Flats, Avadi. We are facing the problem of Orphan dogs and their Stray in our area. They are in numbers. Their groups are dangerous as they started attacking the passerby. They run towards motorbike which leads to cause accident and it attacking the kids while playing in the area. People lost their sleep as dog barks whole night. In parking area it tear the vehicle covers and made scratches on it. So we are in trouble.
I am requesting you to look at that matter and capture the street dogs as soon as possible.
