Im Complaining About The Product I Have Ordered — product was marked rejected by courier boy without any information to the customer

I have ordered a product and waited long enough to get it but at the day of delivery courier boy with ph no [protected] marked it as rejected by customer without any information to me and without contacting me for the product. This was totally unfair when I called customer care they said they cannot do anything and i have to reorder the product. This means courier guys has all the authority to do watetever they want to do with the product and we customers are getting fooled
