[Resolved]  I'm Complaining To Bangiya Gramin Vikash Bank And Postal Life Insurance Of India — Premium is debited from BGVB a/c but not credited into the PLI A/C

Sir,
On 31.05.2021 Rs. 2403.00 and Rs. 2812.00 has been debited from two different BGVB account 1) A/C No.[protected] of branch name AIHO, MALDA, WEST BENGAL & 2) A/C No.[protected] of branch name BUNIADPUR, DAKSHIN DINAJPUR, IFSC of both A/C is PUNB0RRBBGB while paying thru online "debit card payment mode" from website "postallifeinsurance.gov.in." but the same did not credited to PLI accounts no. "WB-238932-CS" of NIRUPAMA MANDAL and "WB-316472-CS" of JHULAN MANDAL respectively.

As a result till now I could not credit the premium for the month of June 2021.

Sir you are requested to see the matter and credit the premium into the said pli accounts or into the said bank a/c as early as possible.
