Imageamaze Photography — paid 75% amount to wedding photographer and project not delivered

We had hired imageamaze, managed by himanshu chouhan, for our wedding photography. He confirmed the services & deliverables with the amount to be paid, over an e-mail. But till date, we have not received the albums and videos as promised. We have already paid around rs. 1 lakhs to them. Now they are refusing to deliver the albums and videos. They had recently asked us to review the drafts, we sent it back to them with the final changes as asked by them. Now they are saying we will not make the changes and cancel the project. This is after we have paid around 75% of the agreed amount for deliverables. This agency has cheated us of our money and has harassed us in the process. It is the most important occasion of our lives and the agency is depriving us and our families of the most important memories of our lives. Strict action needs to be taken against this agency so that they either provide us with the pending deliverables or refund the entire money that they have taken as advanc. We sincerely request for an immediate support of consumer court in this regard. We both are working professionals and our work and personal life has been suffering because of this. Request for your kind consideration and immediate revert please.
