Dear Rasik,

As discussed I would like to drop the plan o[censored]ndergo training with Imarticus.

As suggested I'm pasting below the terms and conditions of Imarticus updated in official website on refund of course fee.

I haven't got any study material from your LMS team nor undergone any session as of now.

Reason for Withdrawal is I'm not comfortable with the commitment or adhering to the timelines towards the course. Lot o[censored]rgency in taking the fees but not the commitments made on study material and course start date. One more reason as you conveyed that no Classroom training available for BA course, but in your own Imarticus Bangalore they were providing Class Room training.

Request you to Pls kindly refund the amount of 10k paid towards the course.

I'm attaching our chat in what's app for your reference.

Cancellation and Refunds

For any reason, Imarticus reserves the right not to provide any particular course, curriculum or facility, to make variations to the content or method of delivery of courses, to discontinue courses and to merge or combine courses if such action is reasonably considered to be necessary by Imarticus. If Imarticus discontinues any course, refund of fees will be subject to provisions made above.
At the discretion of Imarticus, a refund of tuition fees may be made where a student withdraws from a programme of studies with the approval of his Head of faculty. For further information about the refund of tuition fees, please contact the faculty.

I expect a minimum courtesy on the revert. Pls cancel the enrollment and reverse the amount of 10k which I paid. Else I'm force to go consumer court and also will update in Twitter, fb and LinkedIn whichever social site on the behaviour of your institute.

Hi,

My name is Lawrence dsouza [protected]@gmail.com I had enrolled for a financial analyst course which I paid a registration fee of 10k and before one month of the batch my dad went through health problems which I informed the concellor chandrika menon and told her to refund my registration money to which she said it can't be refunded and instead told me that I'll keep the slot open for you for 1 year why did she manipulated things I dont know but I really don't want to do the course as I have medicals bills to pay and I need the money asap

This money was paid to imarticus learning Mumbai plz provide me the refund as I have been going through a lot and need the money.
It's regarding fee refund of Rs 19000 that I paid to Imarticus. Due to a a fatal accident I broke my hand and had to undergo major operation. I requested the concerned team in Imarticus for a refund as I could not continue the course and had not done a single class that month. I requested as it was in the terms and conditions of fee refund that they would refund at their discretion. I thought it was a reasonable request but they refused it stating I could continue the course which I am not keen on. I mailed them several times but there was hardly any response. I was just a little surprise on the audacity that they did not even care to revert, finally when they reverted, it was in the negative and the concerned person is not even picking up my phone off late. I called them from a different number and they said once the lockdown is over they will talk, so I have been waiting but I am unable to understand what is stopping them to deposit my money in bank account as the banks are open.
