[Resolved]  Imax Ventures Delhi — taking money for investment with assured return and not returning money

Address: Office at R-29, 3rd Floor & 4th Floor, DTD Tower m, Main Vikas Marg, Shakarpur, East Delhi, New Delhi, Delhi

1. I invested a big amount for three month basis on 15% gauranteed return. Now it is eight months they are not returning the principal amount what to talk of interest. They do not pick phone. Their post dated cheques have bounced. This is a biggest fraud company.
2. I have deal signed by mr rajeev kapoor on a stamp paper and his bounced cheques.
3. No individual should deal with such a fraud company.
4. Please advise how to recover my money now.
