We have been running our shop for more than 40 years, and we have always maintained a strong bond with Cadbury, as it is one of the most liked chocolate brands globally.

Background (Pending for 3 years)
Around 3 years ago, we expanded our branch and applied for a “Fridge-type freezer” for proper showcasing of Cadbury chocolates. The agency promised the fridge-type model, but instead delivered a different type of freezer, which does not fit our shop space and is not suitable for display.
We raised this issue multiple times, but till date we have received no resolution, only repeated assurances and false promises.

Temporary arrangement (Now unsafe)
To avoid customer inconvenience, we temporarily shifted the freezer from our other branch EX 3179. However, for the past 1 year, this freezer has developed serious issues, including:

Leakages / inner water leakage causing products to get soaked
Earth shocks / electric shock risk
Repeated “inspection/notice” by different agents, but no permanent fix or replacement. Agency Name -Imayam Enterprise

This safety risk has already been noticed and captured by the agency about one year ago, and the same cycle repeats whenever there is an agent change—inspection happens, but no closure.

Why this is urgent
This is now a major safety concern. We are requesting immediate action before any electrical accident occurs, which can result in severe consequences to customers, staff, and property.

Required resolution (Immediate)
We request one of the following actions immediately:
Replace the wrongly supplied unit with the originally approved Fridge-
type freezer, suitable for our space and chocolate display, OR
Provide a safe, working replacement freezer (fridge-type) and take back the current unsafe/free mismatch unit.

Documentation available
We can provide (if required): photos/videos of leakage, soaked products, shock points, and previous follow-up records.
Kindly treat this as URGENT and confirm in writing the replacement plan and expected resolution date.
