Hello !
I bought my HTC desire 826 IMEI NO - [protected] on 10/6/2015 and after using only 6-7 month the mobile is totally off. When i went to service centre for the repair they refused to repair. They told me that my phone IMEI number is not updated in there system and its wrong.
When i called you toll free number they ask me to send them my phone bill and box pictures. I have send them and they confirmed me that they received it and i will get update on it in 48 hours.
Now i am calling them for last 7 days but there is not updated.
Every time when i call them they told me that please wait more 48 hours.
I am sick off now.
I have paid INR 25700 for this mobile and i have a bill and mobile box with me.
Please let me know what i do.
