Subject: Withholding of confirmed $510 affiliate earnings after account closure (Impact.com Account ID 6121337)

I am filing because Impact.com is withholding $510 USD in confirmed affiliate earnings after closing my account for an alleged “terms violation.” The funds (confirmed: $450 overdue + $60 available) were earned and showing as confirmed in my Impact dashboard prior to account closure. My account was locked/closed on September 22, 2025 (dashboard showed “locked Aug 27; pays on Sep 20 — did not pay”), and since then Impact has refused to release the confirmed funds.

I cooperated fully and repeatedly: I followed their advice to contact brands (no replies), submitted multiple support tickets (4+ tickets and many follow-ups over ~2–3 weeks), sent screenshots of my earnings, and provided extensive digital proof of ownership (Loom video showing live logins to my PayPal and website dashboards, screenshots of PayPal, and a bank card screenshot in my name). Because I do not currently possess government ID (I am under immigration/document restrictions), I prepared and submitted an Affidavit o[censored]navailability of Government ID and asked Impact to accept the digital proof instead. Despite delivering all requested materials and formal legal notices (BBB complaint filed; Small Claims Court filing initiated), Impact delayed and only then requested ID verification. They acknowledged payment is “due for payment” but have not released funds.

I request immediate release of the confirmed $510 USD to my PayPal ([protected]@gmail.com
) or equivalent manual transfer and written confirmation that the matter is closed. I will immediately withdraw all external complaints (BBB and Small Claims) upon receipt of payment.

Attachments available on request: Impact dashboard screenshots, Loom video link, PayPal screenshots, bank card screenshot, email correspondence, Affidavit PDF, ticket references.

FULL CHRONOLOGICAL TIMELINE (step-by-step — paste into long form / attach as supplemental doc)

Account / earnings background

Earnings earned: July 2025 — $450 action earnings (overdue) + $60 available = $510 confirmed (screenshot from Impact dashboard: “Earned in Jul 2025; Locked on Aug 27, 2025; Pays on Sep 20, 2025 — Did not pay”).

I promoted offers as an affiliate/media partner and tracked conversions. I worked long hours (≈15 hours/day) to create content and drive traffic.

Lock / closure

Aug 27, 2025: Dashboard shows balance locked.

Sep 20, 2025: Expected payment date — funds not paid by PickleRage (screenshot shows “Did not pay on Sep 20, 2025: 450.00 USD”).

Sep 22, 2025: My Impact account was closed for an alleged “terms violation” (I later learned they considered my blog-post promotion method a violation). I was not trying to deceive; I switched to blog posts to improve performance and was unaware it breached the rules.

Attempts to resolve internally

Immediately after closure I contacted Impact support and compliance. I followed their initial guidance to contact the brand(s) related to the commissions. I reached out multiple times to the brands (no replies).

I opened multiple support tickets and sent numerous follow-ups across the period Sep 22 → Oct 13 (at least 4 formal tickets and many follow-ups; later up to ~10 tickets total).

Oct 2–3, 2025: I sent a formal legal demand / “FINAL LEGAL DEMAND” emails requesting immediate payment of $510 and warning I would escalate to BBB and Small Claims Court i[censored]nresolved.

Impact’s Compliance team replied on Oct 3 acknowledging they were “looking into the payment delay” and later confirmed the account is “due for payment” but that ID verification is required before release.

Evidence & cooperation provided

I provided:

Screenshots of Impact dashboard showing $510 confirmed (attached).

Screenshots and proof of PayPal account that was linked and verified (email: [protected]@gmail.com
).

Loom video (link provided) showing live logins to my PayPal, my website dashboards, and email inbox to prove ownership of the assets.

Screenshots of the bank card in my name and other supporting screenshots.

Affidavit o[censored]navailability of Government ID (signed PDF) explaining that I cannot legally obtain/submit a government ID at this time due to an ongoing immigration/legal restriction and that I contacted my consulate who confirmed they cannot issue an ID while the immigration review is active.

Repeated written apologies and explanations that the promotional method (blog posts) was unintentional and done to improve results, not to defraud.

Compliance response

On Oct 8–9, 2025, Compliance wrote that the account is due for payment but that ID verification is required as part of their compliance review. (They included steps: click the verify banner in the account, upload government ID, etc.). I explained I do not have government ID and offered the Loom video + digital proofs as substitute verification, and submitted the Affidavit.

I repeatedly asked them to accept the digital evidence and the affidavit because providing an ID is legally impossible currently.

Escalation

Because Impact did not release funds after extensive cooperation and provided evidence, I filed complaints:

BBB complaint filed (confirmation received Oct 7, 2025; Case ID provided by BBB).

I prepared/initiated Small Claims Court filing (formal notices sent; ticket correspondences indicating legal escalation Oct 12–13).

I repeatedly offered to withdraw all external claims immediately upon receipt of payment. I requested a manual PayPal transfer of the confirmed funds (PayPal: [protected]@gmail.com
).

Current status (as of Oct 18, 2025)

Impact’s compliance acknowledged payment is due and asked for ID verification on Oct 8–9; I supplied the Affidavit + Loom video + full ownership proofs and multiple follow-ups.

Impact has not released the funds and has not provided a definitive timeline for manual payment despite multiple final notices and the active BBB case and Small Claims filing.

I remain ready and willing to close the matter if Impact processes the confirmed $510 immediate manual payment to my verified PayPal. I will immediately withdraw all external complaints and confirm closure in writing.
