Its been more than a 4 week. A whole jan month passed away my internet broad band & landline phone is not been working from 1st jan to till date. We have registered a complaint on 9th jan 2018 regarding this with tata.

There was updated provided to me that there is an cable cut and will get resolved on 12th jan 2018 then 15th jan then 16th jan then 21stjan then last update 23th jan but as on date there is no progress.
Last update that issue resolved by 24th jan 2018 but today 25thjan there is no progress no work done by your technical team.

Does a group like tata require so much time to resolve a issue? As a end-user i am suffering from 1st of jan 2018 and whenever i call tata customer regarding this they just apologize for the inconvenience.
From your side you have send bill for this month from 1st jan to till date internet & landline both are not working till date & you have charge bill for this month your bill are attach with this mail

Your apologize does not help me to come out of this situation in which i am right now from 1st of jan to till date & suffer a lot from your services you gave to your customer. Your team work very hard till date but sorry to say no result till date.
