[Resolved]  Imperial Institute of Management Science — Educational Fraud

The complaint is regarding fraud done by Imperial Institute Of Management Science & Research regarding admission to MMC programme from Shobhit University, Meerut. The representative of the institute -Mr. Bharat Kumar Jha explained us following terms regarding the admission and examination process. 1. Online exam 2. Mark sheet _____________time 3. _____advance ________cheque After agreeing to the terms we i.e. Sunil Kumar, Hemlata, Priyanka Kumar gave him cheque. Everything was ok till the time we decided to inquire about exams. But Mr. Bharat Kumar Jha he did not respond properly and said that he had left the job from Imperial Institute of Management Science & Research and has been avoiding our calls since then. But he had surely informed the owner the whole gang who are not answers our calls and has been absconding since then. We also visited their office at Munirka, New Delhi where they gave us excuses regarding spelling of the name the institute from Imperial Institute Of Management Science & Research to Emperial Institute of Management Science & Research But all the staff and executers were same. We got numbers of directors and owner. During our investigation we have found that he has opened numbers of office & businesses with same name & address. The list of the companies and the owner as follows 1.
