Dear sir,
I am seema kumari, i am working with a pvt firm impetus located at g-14, 4th floor, in noida sec 3 since last 3 months. The company did not pay me my salary. Nor did it confirm for my pf and esi deduction. Now the company is asking me to leave the job without paying anything. Please help me. I don't understand what to do. They had confirmed to pay me 9000 rupees per month plus incentives.
