Improper Communication — Mislead to cancel and reorder, paid twice for both cancellation and reorder

Hi,

This is regarding the order i made [protected] to deliver it on 12th. I called the customer care to change the date however i was told to cancel the request and was told me to order again [protected] as they can not change the date. 2800081 is the case id for the cancellation. Sad part is the 1st order has been delivered though it is cancelled.

Hence, i called again and requested to cancel the 2nd order and asked for the refund. Mr shyam has promised me saying that the request has been cancelled and arrange for the refund. Worst part is again the product is delivered. When i again raised my concern i was told that y did i receive the product when i had cancelled it.
First of all i reside in america and ordered to surprise my sister's wedding anniversary. The way you are asking is i should tell them before about my surprise and not to receive it. If that is the way why the midnight delivery service you are providing?

Customer care service has misleaded me to order again and charged twice for the same product.

You have fooled/misleaded me more than 2 times for this order
1. By making me cancel the 1st order and made me to reorder by changing the date.
2. Delivered the 1st order and promised me saying the 2nd one will be cancelled and arrange for refund.
3. The 2nd order also delivered though you promised me saying you will not deliver.

I do not want to tell any story further or hear from your side. I would need a refund back for one order.

Kindly look into my concern and do the needful.
Have already sent a mail but no proper response, one response received saying product has been delivered so can't refund.
Can you please answer my questions.
